Responsibilities
Monitors all incoming air import shipments via HMS and encodes data on VASP manifest system
Possess excellent oral and written English communication skills
Must have the ability to communicate with people from all levels in the organization
Must Coordinates with overseas agent and clients
Releases imports docs to forwarding clients/brokers
Prepares billing to clients and debit/credit memo to overseas agents
Computes duties and taxes and knowledge in Customs processing, requirements and documentations
Requirements:
Male, 22-30 years old;
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor?s/College Degree in Customs Administration
Must have at least 1-2 years? experience in similar capacity
Must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills
Must have the ability to communicate with people from all levels in the organization
Must be able to work well under pressure and dependable
Must be hardworking and can work with minimum supervision
